About The Job

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Define the creative vision for the brand, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages.
  • Conceive, implement and execute concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects (promotional campaigns, new product launches, photo/video shootings, etc) and oversee them to completion.
  • Direct and motivate team members and manage external parties.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Develop and oversee creativity across all media channels.
  • Ensure that all copy and visuals, whether digital, print, or on-site retail, are intent-driven, engaging and on-brand.
  • Create and own a brand playbook and ensure a cohesive look and feel across all channels and across all areas of communication.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and competitive landscape.



Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a creative director (Sr or Jr) or art director or in a similar creative role.
  • 3-5 years within an agency environment.
  • Strong storytelling skills.
  • UX/UI experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce/digital space is highly desired.
  • Experience with lifestyle or FMCG brands is highly desired.
  • Strong digital communication experience. You know what converts online.
  • Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message to overseeing production on time and budget.
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
  • Background in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Animate).
  • Proven experience with concept development.
  • Skilled in leading a team of creative talents.
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
