Job Description

  • Handle full set of account, which include follow up supplier invoices, staff claims, payment vouchers, cheque issuing, statement of accounts.
  • Assist with the month end closing related to monthly management reports, bank reconciliations, and other supporting schedules and worksheets.
  • Assist with daily accounting activities and financial transactions into internal database.
  • Maintain digital & physical financial records.
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in monthly audits.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys (MYR, USD & RMB)
  • Performs in any assigned tasks.


Job Requirements


  • BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of working experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Knowledge of full set account
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL system)
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Able to work under stress and dynamic environment
