Job Description
- Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specification.
- Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate design sessions with the developers to define solution based on use case.
- Deliver elements of system design, including use cases, business rules, wireframes, functional document or other detailed deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Perform test and certification as impose by EMVCo, PCI and schemes.
- Communicate key insights and findings with the team.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value.
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or its equivalent.
- High adaptability to work in a fast and dynamic working pace.
- Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills.
- Has critical thinking skills, responsible and a team player.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in business analyst job role.
