Job Description
- Assist sales personnel to service customers;
- Liaise with customers for merchant on-boarding process which include verification of documents, creation of account and tracking of end-to-end processes;
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Perform data entry tasks for products information
- Liaise with internal sales head to ensure customer’s request are met
- Manage the customer’s relationship which include provision of app training, if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business / Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent field of studies
- Candidate must possess own transport & willing to travel (Not public transport)
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin-literate would be bonus point
- Able to work independently and under pressure, good in team spirit, strong interpersona skills and good adaptability
- Experienced in relevant field is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
