Job Description
- Guide stakeholders on achieving the Company’s objectives
- Liaise with various business stakeholders to determine requirements
- Ability in preparing the proposal of the requirement of business stakeholders
- Liaise with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies
- Identify and resolve issues
- Manage risks and provide input to management and stakeholders for decision making
- Analyze and map business process from current to future state
- Produce necessary project documentations (e.g. Functional Specification, Functional Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix, etc.)
- Report status and issues to COO and management
- Identify business process improvement and/or change requirements opportunities
Job Requirements
- Leadership, to structure work and information for use by management and developers, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Relational, to develop good professional relationship with different internal departments
- Effective Communication,
- To articulate (verbally and written form) effectively to both external and internal parties.
- To understand the stakeholders needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
- Analytical, to evaluate the information gathered, reconcile conflicts, abstract up from low level information to more general understanding.
- Interpersonal, to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts including external and internal project parties.
Requirements:
- At least degree or diploma in related field.
- 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
- Candidate with lesser experience but with the right attitude will also be considered
- Familiar with software/application development life cycle processes.
- Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience working in project for corporate organization is a plus
- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities is essential
