Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES:

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify and close deals; have the ability to structure complex deal negotiations that maximize customer value while driving measurable revenue for SOCIO.
  • Develop and execute your territory plan and tactics in line with the business goals of SOCIO.
  • Act as an entrepreneur or owner of your own territory.
  • Leverage your existing network of data related buyer personas to ensure enrichment of quality opportunities in your pipeline.
  • Leverage your consultative / value-based selling approach in identifying relevant business challenges, areas of value and how we could solve.
  • Connect business challenges and value drivers back to our solutions and present your prospects with our solutions and how they will drive value for them.
  • Consistently achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Embrace and support new sales initiatives.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle and close deals.
  • Proven track record in “hunting” and “cold-calling”.

  • Be the “go-to” person in the assigned territory for all data-driven and marketing related opportunities.

 EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management/Economy, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate with different levels of personnel.
  • Possess own transport.
