Job Description
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be expected to work together with the rest of the Creative Team as well as the Strategy Team to create high-quality visual & video content that effectively communicates the messaging of our clients’ products and/or services.

- Produce and edit content (images, video, audio) to support brand websites, social media accounts, social media applications, and internal communications.
- Execute editing and motion design in entirety on assigned projects.
- Develop all aspects of storytelling through the use of images, video, and music by utilizing skills in pre- and post-production with a clear expertise in editing.
- Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video editing, motion graphics and video production communities, and suggest new ways to inject these trends and technologies into existing clients’ work.
- Effectively communication ongoing project status with digital executives.
- Ideate & brainstorm with Creating & Strategy Teams, drawing from knowledge of video production to conceptualize, develop, and deliver work product that exceeds the expectations of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Creative & Strategy Teams on the creation of new, compelling content for our various clients’ digital channels.
- Maintain an organized database of assets & files, alongside accurate metadata tagging.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education & work experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (graphic design, photography, or film/video production). Fresh graduates are welcomed for Junior positions.
- Very High Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Lightroom, as well as the rest of the Adobe CC Suite of applications.
- Experience in designing social media posts, as well as an understanding requirements for each social media platform.
- Experience in non-linear video & graphic production, workflow, organization, and storage is required.
- Basic Experience in Sound editing/design required.
- Strong Understanding of the latest compression techniques for web & broadcast.
- Strong visual design skills with respect to motion, composition, color, and effects.
- Must be able to handle the pressure of fast-paced projects with short deadlines, as well as managing workload on long term projects.
- Experience working as part of a team, as well as the ability to collaborate with peers & supervisors to plan, evaluate, design, and produce effective visual advertising material.
- (Additional) Experience in 3D graphics, Photography, and Videography is a plus.
