Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Set up new customer accounts &  Perform customer verifications
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • All staff members must ensure all SLA’s are met (Service Level Agreements)


Job Requirements

  1. 1 year experience but the more the better  
  2.  Possession of creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  3.  Proficient in graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  4.  Able to interact, and communicate
  5. Self-driven and independent who can work independently as well as with a team
  6. Startup/ eCommerce knowledge or experience is a strong asset 
  7. Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in ambiguity. Things change quickly in startup and fast-paced. You need to be able to keep up.
