Job Description

1.  Able to handle full set of accounts and timely closing of monthly accounts for the company and / or its group of companies with minimum supervision 
2. Responsible for all spectrum of accounting that includes account receivable / account payable / general ledger / cash flow and preparation of final accounts for month-end accounts closing. 
3. To prepare monthly management reporting, analysis report, budget and any ad-hoc assignment and duties from time to time.
4. To assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, operational and tax reporting.
5. Undertake an operational review to ensure continuous systems and process improvement
6. To meet statutory requirement on audit, tax & SSM
7. To take charge of general administration functions of the company.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Candidate must possess relevant qualification in accounting, and able to handle FULL SET Account
3. At least 4-5 years of working experience in finance and accounting with experience in office administrative functions
4. Full-time position available and ABLE to start work immediately will be added advantage
5. Mature personality as well as able to work independently and as a team
6. Possess a good attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
7. Required Skill(s): Autocount system
8. Candidate MUST willing to work at Subang Jaya USJ
