Job Description
- Work in tandem with the executive, marketing, and product development teams.
- Communicate clearly and convincingly about the company's products and services.
- Structure, write, and copy edit content across multiple mediums - website, in-product copy, blog posts, white papers, marketing emails, presentations, proposals, and more.
- Define a strategy for and execute on the organization and maintenance of the collective knowledge of the company.
- Collaborate on, develop, and maintain internal guides/playbooks for the company.
- Assist with elevating the the general quality of communications in the company by provided feedback, tips, and support as necessary to team members.
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent creative writing skills, including the use of prose that is engaging.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Can draft content with minimal guidance sometimes, and strong guidances at others, based on internalized understanding of the voice of the company.
- Can write short and long form copy.
- Experience and passion to embrace writing that is sometimes moderately technical in nature.
