Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Source new leads, identify effective business development channels, analyze, execute, and optimize sales processes for lead conversion from SMEs to mid-size corporate customers.
  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve the individual sales target as assigned by the Head of Business Development.
  • Be involved in weekly sales performance reviews with the Head of Business Development.
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers, provide constant engagement, and increase customer product utilization volume and revenue.
  • Manage and prepare proposals and other sales related documents.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/Communications/Media or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or Junior Executives with experience in the Corporate Sales Environment are encouraged to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
