ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the commercialization team, you will support and operationalize brand building, conversion and on-boarding of early adopters. 
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in marketing and sales of an emerging brand. You have the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buy-in. Through your past jobs or personal networks, you can skillfully penetrate the necessary pools where young adults congregate - online and offline.
You will be a thought partner to the product development and customer service team to drive growth. Depending on your seniority, you will be asked to develop data-driven insights, formulate strategy, and facilitate execution to support tactical initiatives. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE FOCUSING ON
  • Developing, executing and monitoring short-term and long-term brand activation and marketing strategies
  • Constantly uncovering new engagement partners and channels 
  • Driving new user growth

Job Requirements

  • Voracious consumer of lifestyle technology; Believes digitalization, mobilization and AI is the way forward 
  • Ambitious, emphatic and creative
  • Extrovert, sincerely loves people interaction both online and offline
 
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Brand-building/ activation experience; FMCG, fashion, consumer technology or start-up experience preferred (but not necessary)
  • Self-starter with an analytical orientation; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Creative and confident. You would be confident of addressing a group of fifty university students in person, as you are in a written correspondence with the owner of a large business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or quantitative field (such as math, statistics, engineering, economics, computer science)
 
OTHERS
  • There are no office hours per se; You are bestowed the liberty and mandate to manage your own work hours (and thus success)
  • Significant upside through commission/ KPI attainment. This is a great opportunity for self-starters and enthusiastic, ambitious individuals.
