Job Description

• Develop, plan and manage the Institute’s marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and expand the market for the Institute’s products and services.
• Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and enhance the marketing funnel through the Institute’s social media platforms
• Responsible for the development, usage and archiving of the Institute’s creative assets, including but not limited to videos, brochures, EDMs, articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Contribute and participate in the Institute’s events and promotional activities, and any ad-hoc tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Management 

• Assist the team to develop social media strategy and proposals for always on content & campaigns.
• Develop & prepare marketing plan to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Past experience in branding and content creation.
• Excellent photo and video shooting skills.
• Comfortable talking in front of camera. 
• Familiar with food-related photography and videography.
• Experience in photo and video editing software (eg. Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effect, Premiere etc...)
• Extra Software Knowledge (Lightroom/After Effects)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Balancing speed and accuracy
• Possess the ability to think out of the box to champion innovation and new ideas 
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Creativity and commercial awareness;
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in social media and content marketing
