Job Description

• Learning the basic systems and operations on how the team conducts sales and marketing services for clients
• Going out in teams on behalf of clients to raise brand awareness and close sales on the spot

• Leading and managing a team of 3 to 5 in a fun and energetic environment
• Liaise directly with the Director in terms of manpower planning, daily operations, and planning for activities or workshops
• Overseeing the coaching and performance of team members
