We’re looking for a mild-mannered superwoman/superman who is able to turn difficult situations around for others. Everybody needs good customer service whether you are buying a product or getting served in a restaurant.
But beyond that, you will be the one taking our customers on a journey to financial freedom and by spreading the joy of online marketing; you will have a fulfilling time making other people happy!
You will be representing the company in providing and delivering communicative, quality service to customers before, during, and after prospect and customer requirements are met.
You will put yourself in the shoes of our customers and find ways to make their experience as awesome as it can be!
Responsibilities:
- Answer daily assigned emails and calls.
- Initiate contact with prospects.
- Respond to social media messages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Manage and maintain customer data.
- Manage and monitor fulfillment of company products.
- Assist in daily customer transactions.
- Taking care of Facebook community.
- Support customers and students in workshops and events.
Results:
- Understand all company products and offers.
- Attain customers through phone calls, emails and at events.
- Revert to emails within 24 working hours.
- Resolve and reduce customer issues.
- Ensure the deliveries of company products to customers.
*You will have the option to work from home or at the physical office in Bandar Utama.
