Your day-to-day responsibilities as an AIA Life Planer:
Your day-to-day responsibilities as an AIA Life Planer:
- Attend meetings, training & supervision programs by the company
- Initiate prospecting and obtain referred leads.
- Secure daily appointments with customers, sharing and creating awareness of the importance of Insurance/Takaful.
- Analyse and identify the gaps in customer's financial status, needs and goals through proper fact finding, providing them with an appropriate financial/insurance plan and recommendations.
- Maintain and provide continuous client services such as policy delivery, medical/death claims and policy reviews
- Establish strong clientele and customer relationship to build long lasting businesses.

ELITE LITE (monthly allowances RM500*)
- SPM and above
ELITE (monthly allowances up to RM4500*)
- Age: 25-35 years old
- Diploma/Degree & above
- Min. 2 years working experiences
ELITE PRO (monthly allowances up to RM9000*)
- Age: 25-45 years old
- Degree & above
- Min 3 years working experiences
