Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To develop materials in line with curriculum standards
- To deliver training and is responsible for monitoring, coaching, and evaluating participant progress
- To conduct tutorials and teachers’ training to end-users based on Smart Reader® related programmes
- Responsible for scheduling, facility preparation, reporting etc. associated with training delivery
- To perform programme assessment for the purposes of assessing the success of participants and programme
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess relevant qualifications in Islamic/Bahasa Malaysia or related fields
- Proficient in written and spoken Arabic Language/English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative, innovative & productive
- Strong public speaking skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess winning attitude
- Some teaching experience preferred
- Must have the ability to create and conduct training presentations using adult learning principles
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programmes, at a beginner or higher level
- Able to work in a team
- Be prepared to travel within Malaysia and overseas centres for training
