Job Description

• To support tender exercise including all pre and post costing and administration works.
• To prepare and coordinate with clients on tender documentation, letter of award and review for conformity of contract. 
• To monitor work progress, taking off, determine work done for site valuation, follow up variation orders status and related QS tasks.
• To obtain and evaluate quotation and verify progress claim from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• To prepare progress claim, variation orders and final account and to verify claim against certification and report exceptions.
• To undertake ad hoc function, special assignment and related duties as and when needed. 
• To prepare weekly and monthly reports for management meeting.
• To work with internal departments for all matters related to projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years working experience in interior fit out projects or relevant fields.
• Responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, well organised and team player.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer proficiency.
• Familiar with PAM contract forms.
• Possesses good inter-personal skills with client, consultant, contractors and suppliers.
• Fresh graduates with good potential will also be considered.
