Job Description
- Provide general administrative support.
- Handling day-to-day matters and providing efficient support in R&D dept for office administration.
- Receive art work from designer and process order to the production dept.
- Process day to day Quotation, Delivery Orders, Invoices, etc.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies Administration.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Applications.
- Able to work independently.
- Initiative, proactive and committed with a good working attitude.
- Able to anticipate immediate requirements and deliver assignments on time.
