Job Description
- Ability to repairing and replacing P.O.S Hardware
- Troubleshoot client’s P.O.S Hardware, and application problems related via phone or email support
- To work closely with management or customers to ensure meet client requirements & expectations
- To identify problem / solution for customer request / complain
- responding in a timely manner to provide continuous technical support across the company
