Job Description

• Assist Account Manager on handling full set of accounts
• Perform assigned accounting entries, checking, verification and follow up, including but not limited to account receivables and/or account payables.
• Assist account manager in performing month end and year end closing and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers before passing them to account manager.
• Check and prepare staff claims and petty cash reimbursement before passing them to account manager.
• Check attendance, overtime and leave records.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
• Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Company secretaries and government bodies

Job Requirements

• At leat 2 years’ experience in accounting 
• Possess at least a LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting
• Able to multi-task 
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
• Team player with good time-management skills 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills 
• Enthusiastic and passionate 
• A proficient communicator 
• Able to write and communicate in English
• A strong relationship builder, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Self-motivated and ready to accept extra responsibilities
• Ability to speak in other languages a plus
