Job Description

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/school visits/exhibitions dates 
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases 
• Provide administrative support for operations team
• Work closely and with and support various business units to develop and implement signature events / exhibitions and provide professional recommendations to clients.
• Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, monitoring and executing of all events and related activities independently or as a team.
• A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Event Management / Mass Communication / Design / Secretarial is preferred. 
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills. 
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel at short notice.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
