About The Job

Job Description
  • Development of overall sales plan and strategies together with the CEO 
  • Develop, monitor and ensuring sales target are being achieved, as agreed with CEO 
  • Key liaison between clients, leads, distributors and partners 
  • Compilation of performance reports to management in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales team in regards to customer support and service 
  • To study / review sales or promotion strategy regularly 
  • To assist CEO in the efficient running of sales department 
  • Most importantly, bring in sales! 

Job Requirements

Job requirement 
  • Possess years of experience and network in the beauty industry: with pharmacy and beauty chain stores, clinics etc 
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel 
  • To develop a sales plan / forecast / strategy after interview 
Competencies and soft skills 
  • Committed, hardworking, proactive and able to work independently 
  • Problem solvers, result orientated and KPI-driven 
  • Team player and able to work with people at all levels 
  • High energy level that inspires and drives performance 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa
