Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and be responsible for projects relating to showroom renovation and exhibition setup
Liaise and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of the assigned projects
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of showrooms and properties
Liaise, manage and obtain comparison quotations from suppliers/contractors for jobs
Resolve site issues and follow up on defective work and subsequent rectifications

Job Requirements

Requirements

Specifically for Mandarin speaker
Diploma with at least 3 year hands-on experience in the renovation industry
Familiar with design and electrical drawings
Able to work independently on project sites within Malaysia
A qualified electrician will be an added advantage
Required language(s) : Mandarin & English
