  • Handle all administrative duties and day to day office administration functions
  • Issue Purchase Orders, Invoices and Delivery Orders
  • Manage shipping documents
  • Record and update employee's personal file, annual leave, attendance, claim form and etc.
  • Proper filling of supporting documents
  • Internal sales support
