About The Job

Singapore Airlines is looking for independent candidates who are passionate about the travel industry, highly self-motivated, agile and is quick on their feet due to the ever-changing industry.  You will manage and grow Singapore Airlines' brand strategy in Malaysia through various touch-points.  Being part of the Market Development team in Malaysia, your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):-
  • Plan and execute interesting and relevant marketing campaigns and activities to meet sales and marketing objectives
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and collaterals including website content, eDMs, newsletters and more
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign are executed on time, including tight follow through of campaigns and activities
  • Compile and provide statistical reports on market research including market trends, sales performance, advertising performance, social media activity reports and analysis 
  • Support the Market Development Manager in all other aspects of marketing work

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related discipline
  • A team player and situational leader with strong organisational skills, attention to details and able to perform under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Candidate with basic website content management system familiarity, HTML coding, digital marketing tools/platforms such as Google Analytics and ability to do basic design work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) is preferred
