Singapore Airlines is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated and professional.  Being part of the Human Resources team in Malaysia, your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to): -

  • Develop and manage effective employee communication plan through appropriate channels 
  • Develop visible and unique recognition programmes to elevate employee workplace experience 
  • Conduct research and provide insights into industry best practices on compensation and benefits policies and trends 
  • Manage government regulations and legislative matters, including submission and filing of overflight / landing permits, and proper record maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance 
  • Provide general Human Resource administrative and operational support for local recruitment, as well as for cabin crew and cadet pilots 
  • Manage general administrative matters, including contracts and procurement, budgetary planning and control


Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Psychology is preferred 
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office 365 
  • Organised and resourceful, with good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good time management, with ability to multitask and perform under pressure 
  • Approachable and a self-starter, with good communication skills 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
