Job Description

Singapore Airlines is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, passionate about customer service and great team player. Being part of the reservations team in Malaysia, your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • To confidently and professionally represent Singapore Airlines to a wide range of stakeholders, including general public, travel industry and service partners
  • Recommend travel products and services, quote fares and provide after sales service to our customers
  • Assist customers with flight bookings and changes
  • To provide resolution to general reservations, fares and ticketing issues from customers and service partners
  • Guide and advise customers on website related matters (singaporeair.com)
  • Respond to customers' feedbacks and enquiries over the phone, email and online channels 
  • Handle general group reservation and quotation operations
  • Assist with handling of flight disruptions as assigned
  • Assist with handling crisis operations
 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum STPM / A-Level / Diploma 
  • Preferably with 02 years’ experience in airline reservations
  • Knowledge of customer service system & Fares/Ticketing
  • Computer proficiency, with operating knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel)
  • Passionate about customer service and possess excellent telephone etiquette 
  • Able to communicate effectively through active listening and problem solving skills
  • Great team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
