Job Description
- Doing phone calls and promoting our training and consultancy services
- Handling training and consultancy requests
- Prepare solutions and proposals to customers
- Follow up with existing customers enquiries
- Organise training and consultancy previews
- Achieve sales target for training and consultancy services
- Follow up with customers on payment status
Job Requirements
- Diploma in the related field
- Experience in sales, marketing and/ or business development.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written & oral) will be a great advantage.
- Knowledge and skills in digital marketing is crucial for this job position
