Job Description
- Sourcing for event venue, promoters and prepare event material / equipment.
- Handle sales enquiry, prepare and keep track event finance include quotations, invoicing, payment request and reporting.
- To organise, coordinate and manage event with minimum supervision
- Ability to liaise and maintain a close relationship with client and supplier
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Self initiative, hardworking and able to work independently
