Job Description

• Handle call in and inquiries for sales request
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Compile, track, analyze and summarise sales reports for Sales Manager / HOD
• Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal / External presentation 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft office knowledge 
• Excellent command in English, Mandarin, both writing and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently, systematic, organized with a high sense of responsibility.
