Job Description

• Monitoring all Purchase Requisition receive and request for quotation and place order
• To ensure all the purchases in the right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price
• To negotiate for the best prices and payment term for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and services.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
