Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, wireframes that clearly illustrate design idea and how it function and look like.
- Collaborating closely within web developers, mobile developers and project managers to ensure projects run smoothly, timely and deliverables meet the expected quality.
- Designing graphic user interface elements on web applications and mobile applications.
- Able to do Information Architecture (IA) Design, User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) design, Interactive Design, Usability Testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3 years commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer working on creating interfaces, digital experiences, or mobile applications.
- Strong understand of the limitations and possibilities of web technologies.
- Deep knowledge of user experience best practices, information architecture, and overall user interface issues (knows how to design a product that resolves user problems and is easy to use).
- Ability to pay attention to details and be well organized.
- Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts and palate development.
- Passionate with UI UX and have good taste on beautiful and aesthetic designs.
- Able to effectively build and communicate desired user experience through wire-frames or prototypes.
- Ability to perform digital platforms (web and app) reviews/audits to identify areas of improvement with accompanying write-ups and descriptions.
- Proven working experience on UI/ UX work related to web applications and mobile applications (Android, iOS).
- Good attitudes
- Great time-management skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- MUST experienced in Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
