• Defining and implementing the growth strategy for mega campaign such as 10.10, 11.11, 12.12.
• Planning strategy to increase the revenue of key campaign & manage marketing budget to maximize the ROI of campaign.
• Planning & creating the best promotion, able to plan out full funnel marketing strategy from driving traffic to purchase during key campaign. 
• Aggressive to hit sales target given during key campaign.

• Defining and implementing the growth strategy for category business with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the category performance  
• Defining key category strategic priorities 
• Planning & creating the best promotion, able to plan out full funnel marketing strategy from driving traffic to purchase to grow category revenue
• Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI & grow the category revenue month over month 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in e-commerce or business development 
• Strong business judgement with analytic mindset & able to evaluate outcome, key metrics 
• 2-3 years of work experience in conducting 11.11 full funnel marketing & promotion strategy 
• Past experience in Lazada / Shopee / Watsons as added value
• Past experience in MNC FMCG company & work as e-commerce lead 
• Well versed in English and Mandarin.
