Job Description

Position 1) Intern, Purchasing

• Carry out all purchasing duties for food materials, packaging materials and others.
• Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. 

Position 2) Intern, Production Planner

• Coordinate production workflow on multiple products needed to be prepared by the team
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Address issues when they arise and aim for minimum disruption
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
• No work experience required.
