Job Description
- Work with HOD to determine staffing needs
- Post job ads in multiple platforms
- Screening resumes & do filtering
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with HOD
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters & salary adjustment letters.
- Give advice on Human Resource matters in the company.
Job Requirements
- Need to have at least 1 year experience in Human Resource.
- Good communication skills in person & phone interview.
- Know how to use payroll softwares.
