About The Job

 
Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as products.

  • Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Resolve product or service inquiries or complaints raised by customers; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
  • communicating with customers through various support. 
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. 

 

Job Requirements

 
  • An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
  • Can read and speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • With a "getting things done" attitude.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Attentiveness
  • Able to work in 7 days shift (9am-5pm) with granted of 2 off days per week.
