About The Job

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, online chats or social media
  1. Determining the cause of the problem
  2. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  3. Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within time limit 

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries via phone, emails, online chats and social media 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction 
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered 
  • Work closely with different departments such as Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Marketing team
