Job Description

As a customer service executive, you are tasked to befriend the clients in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as products.

Your task would include:

Adhere to all task given by the manager on how to attract and retention of clients.
Always willing to provide advice to clients if they are facing any difficulties.
Have the urge to solve client's complaints successfully.
Have good verbal and communication skills with politeness.
Plan and analyze the factors that contribute to customer retention.

Job Requirements

Good Communication Skill
Good Friendly Attitude
Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Can read n' write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Can speak in Mandarin (added advantage)
