About The Job

Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as products.

  • Providing advice on purchasing products or services
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries via phone, emails, online chats and social media
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Job Requirements

  • An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.
  • Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • With a "getting things done" attitude.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
