• Nurture Signature Market customer to fans
• Engage with customers on social media / offline club
• Interact, listen and observe customer behavior, daily needs and identify buying habits + situation
• to act as the bridge between a brand and the community it is aiming to create (i.e. a loyal audience or group of core consumers connected by a similar interest).
• able to empathize with the customer and know how to respond in a manner that reflects the brand’s values and identity.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business or equivalent.
• Requires organisational skill and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Organize workshop (online & offline) for Signature Market customers. 
• Plan and execute online gamification activities to promote Signature Market values.
• Plan and execute offline engagement events.
• Manage and supervise CS (special team) to track customer churn.
• Do data analysis to understand customers buying behavior. 
• PR major / psychology major will be an added advantage
•  Preferably some experience in people management. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
