Job Description
- Learn all the functions in Accounting Department.
- Performing office tasks, such as filing, accounts entry, process payments, reconcile accounts & etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle bank & payroll task.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Lead a junior staff.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration
- At least 1 year experience
- Team players
- Work under pressure and limited time
