• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them and providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating cash registers, accepting payments, ensuring all prices and order items are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Mandarin， English
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): Restaurant Service, Cashier, Kitchen Management, Customer Service
5. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
