Job Description
As a Renewal & Retention Intern you will help SHOPLINE’s Renewal & Retention team to retain and renew our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our merchants to see how our new plans can better facilitate and support their business needs.
To successfully take on this role, it is key to be capable of providing excellent customer service, able to quickly build up product knowledge, efficient when carrying out tasks and have good analytical skill when reviewing and summarizing vital data.
Summary of Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Extract, organize and review data relating to monthly renewals and retention.
- Fulfill account activation and ensure account information accuracy for merchants who have been successfully renewed.
- Contact SHOPLINE merchants whose accounts are up for renewal via channels not limited to Whatsapp, phone calls and messages.
- Contact merchants whose accounts are pending their monthly subscription fees for payment and follow through for successful payments.
- Prepared to talk on auxiliary tasks to support the Renewal & Retention team.
- Work towards a strong understanding of SHOPLINE’s plans, features, services and offerings.
- Be a self-starter and be able to work independently on the tasks assigned based on the instructions given.
- Possess a composed and organized attitude throughout your day to day responsibilities and be able to manage your time well.
Job Requirements
What you’ll need :
- Be a college student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business or E-Commerce.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Be able to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven on providing excellent customer service to SHOPLINE merchants.
- Have the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
