About The Job

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Communicate project expectations: planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing project contributions. 
  • Assist business operations in planning, organising and coordinating functions related to Shopline. 
  • Maintain an updated project management system. 
  • Communicating with our merchants and answering any inquiries they have in a timely and respectable manner. 
  • Track and analyse reports: responsible for determining areas of improvements and trends to further plan for the future. 
  • Develop improvement plans: candidate will be responsible for coming up with new and innovative ways to improve customer service and to maintain the relationship with the customer. 
  • Coordinate with the different departments to achieve optimal work production. 

Job Requirements

What are the requirements:
  • A university degree is a must!
  • Candidate must be fluent in language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Experience in Management, Operations and Leadership. 
  • Have experience leading a team in dealing with over 1000-2000 projects concurrently. 
  • Candidate has to be detail oriented and have the capability to look at the bigger picture.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Great planning and management skills.
