Job Description

1. Assist Operations Manager in daily management tasks, eg: Onboarding, content compiling and passing on merchant preferences to the other departments for the development of their website. 
2. Compile merchant’s information via Whatsapp, emails or Google drive links for website development. 
3. Give effective and useful feedback and merchant reports on the information submitted by the merchant. 
4. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues that merchants face. 
5. Updating Shopline’s merchant database to ensure an accurate record is upheld. 
6. Maintain a happy and positive relationship with Shopline merchants by providing them with satisfactory service via constant follow ups and useful solutions. 
   
   

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
2. Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
3. High attention to detail. 
4. Ability to work well under pressure and under minimal supervision. 
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you would be required to communicate with merchants. 
6. Able to work and collaborate in a team. 
7. Immediate availability is preferred.
