About The Job

  • Learn and understand our products and different packages offered and keep updated with the new product features.
  • Answering any enquiries our merchants may have in a friendly and helpful manner. 
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current merchants: name, address, product, brand and feedback. 
  • Convert prospect customers to happy customers through good communication, continuous follow-ups with a positive and helpful attitude. 
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultants to meet with the prospective merchants. 
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with merchants through performing follow up calls. 
  • Collaborate and work with the sales team to meet monthly sales target. 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a Marketing background is encouraged to apply. 
  • University degree is a must!
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Adapt to CRM tools i.e. Salesforce and Intercom. 
  • Immediate availability is preferred. 
  • Self-motivated and driven to reach sales goals. 
  • Organised and good time management skills. 
  • Good networking skills to reach out to a wide market.
