Job Description

• Developing and maintaining close relationships with Shopline's key accounts/merchants to sustain overall sales volume. 
• Manage team's performance through analysing the seller's progress, sales performance, activities and category initiatives that drive transaction numbers and revenue. 
• Developing strategic business plans and identifying new resources of growth for Shopline. 
• Securing partnerships for key campaigns with social media influencers or celebrities. 
• Negotiating deals with sellers and curate SKUs for various campaigns, events, promotions, online marketing and media. 
• Identifying the market gaps and capitalising on that by managing pricing strategy, product and promotions.
• Work closely alongside the internal teams (Marketing & Operations) to optimise visibility and credibility of our brand. 

Job Requirements

• A university degree is a must!
• Candidate must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English or Mandarin or Tamil as candidate will have to present the different services and products we offer. 
• Candidates who have experience in the health & beauty and fashion industry are encouraged to apply.
• A sincere relationship-builder, self motivator and team player. 
• Experience in doing sales will be a plus!
• Excellent internal/external communication skills. 
• Demonstrate excellent business judgement. 
• Comfortable with the uncertainty and situations where there is no "right answer". 
• Courageous to stand out and speak out your thoughts. 
• Knowledge of e-commerce and startup culture. 
• Strong time management and expectation management skills.
