Job Description
1) Grant Processing Operations:
- Responsible in validating application forms and related documentations.
- Regularly update master sheets.
- Process orders and request invoices from Finance.
- Point of contact between Partnerships and Key Account Managers, Business Development Associates and Renewal Team Members.
- Collects payment proofs and grant offer letters.
- Communicate with merchants and internal stakeholders on grant application status updates.
2) Partnership Projects Operation:
- Support the delivery corporate partnership projects, including collecting and reporting data transparently.
- Support governmental agencies partnership project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mass Communication.
- Multi-tasker, Detailed Oriented, Able to follow deadlines & Proactive.
- Google Sheets, Corporate Communication, Data-entry, Data verification & Reporting
- Must able to commit 6 months duration of Internship
- Able to communicate in English & Malay.
