Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for all the Human Resources related functions that include, but not limited to:
Talent Acquisition: 
  • Workforce planning (Headcount budgeting & planning)
  • Hiring Requirement Scoping (Sourcing, screening, interview, offer)
  • Weekly Hiring Review and Weekly Reporting
  • Campus outreach and recruitment drive
  • On-boarding

Employee Relations: 
  • Local regulations knowledge, advisory and compliance
  • In country emergency and crisis management
  • Disciplinary, Grievance handling

Performance Management:
  • OKR/KPI setting
  • Annual Performance Appraisal process
  • Performance Calibration
  • Poor performance management
  • Promotions

Other responsibilities: 
  • Payroll
  • Salary & Bonus payout
  • Benefits administration, Staff welfare
  • Function-specific initiatives (eg. spot bonus, incentives, retention program...)
  • Support and implement regional HR initiatives and projects relating to performance management, talent management, rewards and compensation, learning and development. 

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
